Cottage Scheme branch to District Dugout ( if no District then to the Provincial

Dugout) District Dugout to Provincial Dugout. Provincial dugout to

Property Management Committee (PMC). PMC to National Executive.

THE USE OF THE WORD "MOTH"

it has come to the attention of MOTH General Headquarters that the

word "MOTH" is not always being written/used correctly in correspondence

and minutes.

When referring to a member of the Order it is written as Moth and in all other

cases as MOTH, eg. MOTH General headquarters or MOTH Cottages.

when referring to more than one Moth, the correct way to write

it is Moths and not Moth`s

The wording MOTH Order is also not correct. For e.g. Eligibility to

join the Moth Order is incorrect, it should merely be, Eligibility to join the MOTH.
