To All MOTH

Be it known that MOTH Kenneth Bernard Jackman, Membership number 201305-194505-0093-18765, a member of Dickie Friz Shellhole, has been called to Higher Service.

MOTH Ken passed away during the evening of 9th June 2022 following a short illness.

MOTH Ken was inducted into the ORDER on 1st May 2013 at Dickie Fritz Shellhole.He was a committed MOTH and Committee member of the Air Force Association (Gauteng).

He did his Military Service in the Rhodesian Air Force during the Bush War and later served in the South African Navy.

MOTH Ken will long live in the memory of those who knew him for he was highly respected and honoured. He will always be remembered as a man who stood head and shoulders above others, based on his integrity, high moral fibre, commitment to his nation and his fellow countrymen.  He set a standard that those who served with him still strive to emulate today.  We salute this mighty man of valour!

He Shall not grow Old
as we who are left grow old
Age Shall not weary him
nor the Years Condemn
At the Going down of the sun
and in the morning
We Will Remember Him!!!
