It is with great sadness that Tommy Rendle V.C Shellhole has to announce that 19652 Moth Kelvin Payne answered the Sunset Call at 19h30 last night and has gone to higher service.

Kelvin joined the Order in July 2012 and was a proud member of the Tommy Rendle V.C Shellhole . He  also served as Paybill and Old Bill for a time and was an integral part of the Shellhole

He will be fondly remembered for his military  stories of which he had many and his recall of dates and events was remarkable.

Kelvin  was a very staunch member of the Cape Town Highlanders.
